Add tooltip to this amazing sidebar template

Hello
When the sidebar is in collapsed mode, end-user can't recognize which icon is for which function. So it seem that having tooltips on hover is nessasery for this template.
Also, If they findout the function of each icon, they can directly click on desired one without need to expand the sidebar.
